The invention provides a polyvinylidene fluoride piezoelectric material, a preparation method thereof, and a fingerprint recognition module. The polyvinylidene fluoride piezoelectric material comprises polyvinylidene fluoride, a first solvent, a second solvent, a fluorosurfactant and an inducing material, wherein the inducing material is one of carbon nanotubes, carbon black and gold nanorods. Theinducing material has obvious anisotropy, and can induce the orientation of the polyvinylidene fluoride to improve the properties of the polyvinylidene fluoride piezoelectric material, so the problems of unsatisfactory piezoelectric property and large energy loss of piezoelectric materials used in ultrasonic fingerprint recognition modules in the prior art are solved.

本发明提供了一种聚偏氟乙烯压电材料及其制备方法、指纹识别模组。所述聚偏氟乙烯压电材料包括聚偏氟乙烯,第一溶剂,第二溶剂,含氟表面活性剂,诱导材料。其中,所述诱导材料为碳纳米管、炭黑和金纳米棒中的一种。由于诱导材料具有明显的各向异性,能够诱导所述聚偏氟乙烯发生取向,提升聚偏氟乙烯压电材料的各项性能,以解决现有技术中超声波指纹识别模组所使用的压电材料的压电性能不理想,能量损失大等问题。
