The invention provides a method for preparing phosphatidylserine through ultrasonic-assisted enzymolysis, which comprises the following steps: adding 100-130 parts of phospholipid into a mixture of 150-200 parts of serine, 10-20 parts of anhydrous calcium chloride and 400-500 parts of pure water, adding 20-25 parts of phospholipase D to carry out enzymolysis reaction, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment during the enzymolysis reaction. The method uses ultrasonic treatment technology to assist the phospholipase D to act on phosphatidylcholine and serine to carry out enzymolysis reaction to prepare the phosphatidylserine, and also cooperatively controls ultrasonic frequency, ultrasonic intensity, ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time, ultrasonic temperature, enzyme activity and other parameters in the ultrasonic treatment process; so that the enzymolysis conversion rate reaches more than 98%.

本发明提供一种超声波辅助制备磷脂酰丝氨酸的方法,包括以下步骤:在L‑丝氨酸150‑200份、无水氯化钙10‑20份和纯水400‑500份的混合物中,加入磷脂100‑130份,加入磷脂酶D 20‑25份进行酶解反应,酶解反应中施加超声进行处理。本发明使用超声波处理技术,辅助磷脂酶D作用于磷脂酰胆碱和丝氨酸发生酶解反应制备磷脂酰丝氨酸,同时协同控制超声波处理过程中的超声频率、超声强度、超声功率、超声时间、超声温度和酶活等参数;使得酶解转化率达到98%以上。
