The invention provides a touch panel which comprises a substrate and a first layer of sub-touch electrodes arranged on the surface of the substrate, and the first layer of sub-touch electrodes extendin the first direction. The anisotropic conductive layer is arranged above the first layer of sub-touch electrodes, conductive particles in the anisotropic conductive layer are isolated from one another and are not conducted in a natural state, and when the anisotropic conductive layer is under pressure, the conductive particles are gathered to be in a conducted state; the second layer of sub-touch electrodes extend along a second direction and are arranged above the anisotropic conductive layer, and the first direction and the second direction are intersected with each other; and the insulating layer is arranged above the second layer of sub-touch electrodes, and a display assembly is further arranged above the insulating layer. The touch panel and the display device have the advantages that the resistance screen is manufactured in the display panel through the liquid crystal box inner type technology, the touch and display integrated function is achieved, meanwhile, the thickness ofthe whole touch panel is reduced, and high-precision touch can be achieved.

本申请提供一种触控面板,包括衬底和设置于衬底表面的第一层子触控电极,第一层子触控电极沿第一方向延伸;各向异性导电层,设置于第一层子触控电极上方,各向异性导电层在自然状态下,其内部的导电颗粒互相孤立不导通,各向异性导电层受到压力时,导电颗粒聚集呈导通状态;第二层子触控电极,沿第二方向延伸并设置于各向异性导电层上方,所述第一方向和第二方向相互交叉;绝缘层,设置于第二层子触控电极上方,绝缘层上方还设置有显示组件。有益效果:本申请提供一种触控面板及显示装置,通过液晶盒内型工艺,将电阻屏制作于显示面板内部,既实现了触控显示一体化功能,同时又减薄了整个触控面板的厚度,可实现高精度触控。
