The invention belongs to the technical field of bullet prevention, and particularly relates to a novel bulletproof composite material. The novel bulletproof composite material comprises a soft bulletproof layer and a torsion double-layer graphene layer arranged on the side of the bullet facing face of the soft bulletproof layer. The torsion angle between two layers of single-layer graphene of thetorsion double-layer graphene layer is 4.44-10.20 degrees or 15.31-28.35 degrees. The invention further provides body armor prepared through the bulletproof composite material. According to the provided bulletproof composite material, the bullet facing face of the soft bulletproof layer is covered with the torsion double-layer graphene layer with a certain torsion angle, lower-layer soft bulletproof layer materials are protected, meanwhile, deformation of the lower-layer soft bulletproof layer materials is driven, the lower-layer soft bulletproof layer materials absorb more energy, so that thebulletproof performance of the bulletproof composite material is greatly improved, and the integral bulletproof performance of the body armor is improved. Meanwhile, through inner-layer soft bulletproof layer materials, deformation of the torsion double-layer graphene layer is hindered, and torsion double-layer graphene is protected as well.

本发明属于防弹技术领域,具体涉及一种新型的防弹复合材料包括软质防弹层和扭转双层石墨烯层,所述扭转双层石墨烯层设置于所述软质防弹层的迎弹面一侧,所述扭转双层石墨烯层的两层单层石墨烯之间的扭转角度为4.44~10.20°或15.31~28.35°。本发明还提供一种采用上述防弹复合材料制备而成的防弹衣。本发明提供的防弹复合材料通过在软质防弹层的迎弹面覆盖具有一定扭转角度的扭转双层石墨烯层,保护了下层的软质防弹层材料,同时带动下层的软质防弹材料形变,使下层软质防弹材料吸收更多能量,从而使防弹复合材料的防弹性能得到极大提升,提高了防弹衣的整体防弹性能;同时内层的软质防弹层材料阻碍了扭转双层石墨烯层的形变,也保护了扭转双层石墨烯。
