The invention discloses a test method for pin load distribution measurement of mechanical connection structures, and belongs to the field of mechanical devices and mechanical tests. The method comprises the steps of: on an upper surface and a lower surface of a mechanical connection structure, respectively setting a plurality of strain measurement devices between every two adjacent fasteners; providing a mounting space for the strain measurement devices between two connected pieces in mutual contact; mounting the plurality of strain measurement devices in the mounting space; measuring loads ofsection transfer between every two adjacent fasteners; and obtaining a pin load distribution measurement result of the mechanical connection structure. According to the method, a layout space is provided for strain measurement devices such as strain gauges to obtain upper and lower surface strain distributions of the connected pieces on sections between every two adjacent fasteners. The method iscapable of completely obtaining load sizes of given sections of connected pieces through test measurement, thereby avoiding the uncertainty caused by importing an analysis method.

本发明公开了一种机械连接结构钉载分配测量试验方法,属于机械装置及力学试验领域。该方法包括:在所述机械连接结构的上表面和下表面上,分别在相邻两个紧固件之间设置多个应变测量装置;在相互接触的两个被连接件之间提供应变测量装置的安装空间;将多个应变测量装置安装在所述安装空间中;测量相邻两个紧固件之间的截面传递的载荷;获得机械连接结构的钉载分配测量结果。本发明通过为创造应变片等应变测量装置的布置空间,以便获得被连接件在两个紧固件之间截面上的上、下表面应变分布。本发明提出的方法可通过试验测量完整得到被连接件给定截面的载荷大小,避免了引入分析方法造成的不确定性。
