The invention provides a display panel, a fabrication method thereof and a display device. The fabrication method comprises the following steps of 1) providing a pre-treatment solution containing a water-soluble organic protection agent, and forming a solution layer covering a positive electrode on the positive electrode by using the pre-treatment device; 2) drying the solution layer to form a glue layer; 3) removing the glue layer; and 4) drying the positive electrode, wherein the pre-treatment solution comprises 10-30% of propylene glycol methyl ether, 70-90% of water and trace impurity based on mass percent. By the method, the current efficiency of the display panel can be effectively improved, and the driving voltage of the display panel is reduced.

本发明提供一种显示面板及其制作方法和显示装置,该制作方法包括以下步骤:1)提供含有水溶性有机保护剂的预处理溶液,在阳极上使用所述预处理溶液形成覆盖所述阳极的溶液层;2)将所述溶液层进行干燥处理,形成胶层;3)除去所述胶层;4)对所述阳极进行干燥处理;其中,所述预处理溶液按照质量分数由丙二醇甲醚10~30%、水70~90%以及痕量杂质组成。该方法能够有效提高显示面板的电流效率并且降低显示面板的驱动电压。
