The invention relates to the field of unmanned aerial vehicles and discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle and a wing assembly thereof. The wing assembly is used for being installed on a vehicle body ofthe unmanned aerial vehicle and comprises a wing and a rotating lock cylinder, the rotating lock cylinder has a rotating axis, one end of the rotating lock cylinder is installed on the wing, and the other end of the rotating lock cylinder is used for being installed on the vehicle body; and the rotating lock cylinder can rotate around the rotating axis relative to the wing, so that the other end of the rotating lock cylinder is detached from the vehicle body. Due to the fact that the rotating lock cylinder is installed on the wing, the rotating lock cylinder is rotated so as to be detached from the vehicle body, and the wing can be conveniently detached from the vehicle body.
