The invention relates to a motor ventilation cooling structure, in particular to a cooling structure for balancing the internal wind pressure of a machine base. The cooling structure solves a series of technical problems such as the large air volume near an air inlet, small air volume away from the air inlet, and even smaller air volume at a place under the motor due to the unreasonable layout ofmotor air passages. The cooling structure for balancing the internal wind pressure of the machine base comprises the machine base, an air inlet end cover and an air outlet end cover respectively mounted on the front and rear ends of the machine base, a stator arranged inside the machine base. The machine base has an air inlet at the top near the front end. The inner side of the air inlet end cap protrudes from a stator tooth portion to seal a rotor, and the sealing ring and the air inlet end cover form a V-shaped air passage structure. The cooling structure has the advantages of axial ventilating hole, optimized air volume and wind pressure, small occupied space, etc., and can be widely applied to the field of locomotive direct drive traction motor. Especially, in the case where the requirement of a vehicle bottom space is high and the user cannot provide a large wind pressure, the advantages of the cooling structure is significant.

本发明涉及电机通风冷却结构,具体为一种平衡机座内部风压的冷却结构。解决了目前由于电机风路布置不合理导致近进风口风量大,远离的风量小、特别是电机下部风量更小等一系列技术问题。一种平衡机座内部风压的冷却结构,包括机座,分别安装在机座前后端的进风口端盖和出风口端盖,机座内设有定子;机座在靠近其前端的顶部开有进风口;进风口端盖内侧向定子齿部伸出密封环将转子密封,密封环与进风口端盖构成V型风路结构。本发明集轴向通风孔、优化风量风压、占用空间小等优点,能广泛应用于机车直驱牵引电机领域,尤其在对车底空间要求较高、用户不能提供较大风压的情况下优势显著。
