The invention provides an anti-reflection bottom-light-emitting type OLED display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The anti-reflection bottom-light-emitting type OLED display device comprises a substrate, a plurality of driving transistors and a light-emitting layer, wherein the substrate is provided with a plurality of black matrices spaced apart from one another; each of the driving transistors is arranged in an array and arranged on the substrate corresponding to each of the black matrices; the light-emitting layer is arranged on the driving transistors; an open region is formed between every two adjacent black matrices; the light-emitting layer comprises a plurality of light-emitting material layers arranged in an array; each light-emitting material layer defines a display region and a non-display region; the open regions correspond to the display regions, and the non-display regions correspond to the black matrices; and projection of the display regions and projection ofthe open regions of the black matrices coincide on the substrate. Thereby, the reflection of ambient light by the OLED display device is avoided or reduced, so as to improve the image quality displayed by the OLED display device.

本发明提供一种抗反射底发光型OLED显示装置及其制作方法,其中所述抗反射底发光型OLED显示装置包括基底、多个驱动晶体管及发光层。所述基底间隔的设置多个黑色矩阵,每一所述驱动晶体管阵列排列且对应每一所述黑色矩阵设置在所述基底上。发光层设置在所述驱动晶体管上。相邻二个所述黑色矩阵间具有开口区,所述发光层包括阵列排列的多个发光材料层。每一所述发光材料层定义出显示区和非显示区,所述开口区对应所述显示区,且所述非显示区对应所述黑色矩阵,所述显示区与所述黑色矩阵的开口区在所述基底的投影重合。借此,避免或减小OLED显示装置对环境光的反射,以提高OLED显示装置显示的图像品质。
