(EN) The present disclosure relates to an unmanned aerial vehicle management method and a device. The method is applicable to an unmanned aerial vehicle, and comprises: receiving a system message broadcastby a base station, wherein the system message comprises information of a no-fly zone; and determining whether the unmanned aerial vehicle can fly according to the relationship between a current position of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the no-fly zone. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the unmanned aerial vehicle can determine the no-fly area by receiving the system messagebroadcast by the base station without accessing the cellular network corresponding to the base station. Then, it is possible to determine whether or not it is possible to fly according to a relationship between the current location itself and the no-fly zone. For example, if the current location itself is within the no-fly zone, it is determined that it is not possible to fly; and in the case where the current position itself is outside the no-fly zone, it is determined that it is possible to fly. Therefore, easy management of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be achieved.
