(EN) Provided is an elastic wave device capable of reducing a spurious component caused by a high-order mode of an elastic wave such as a Rayleigh wave. The elastic wave device 1 is provided with an IDT electrode 3 and an insulating film 6 disposed on a piezoelectric substrate 2 serving as a device substrate. When one end of an intersection region of the IDT electrode 3 in an elastic wave propagation direction is defined as a first end 3a, and the other end as a second end 3b, the thickness of the insulating film 6 decreases or increases toward the center in the elastic wave propagation direction from the first end 3a and the second end 3b.
(ZH) 本发明提供一种能够减小由瑞利波等弹性波的高阶模造成的杂散的弹性波装置。弹性波装置(1)在作为元件基板的压电基板(2)上设置有IDT电极(3)以及绝缘膜(6)。在IDT电极(3)的交叉区域上,在将弹性波传播方向一端设为第一端部(3a)并将另一端设为第二端部(3b)的情况下,随着从第一端部(3a)以及第二端部(3b)朝向弹性波传播方向中央,绝缘膜(6)的厚度变薄或变厚。
