Abstract

The invention relates to a special continuous production line and a process for rolling and quenching heat treatment of a nuclear grade zirconium plate. The production line comprises a rolling systemand a quenching system, wherein the rolling system comprises a rolling heating furnace and a rolling mill; the zirconium plate can move back and forth in a heating area of the rolling heating furnace;and the quenching system comprises a heating furnace, a rapid quenching device arranged at an outlet of the heating furnace, and a traverse roller channel communicated with a conveying roller channelof the rolling heating furnace leading to the rolling mill. On the one hand, the rolling and quenching processes are butted directly, and thus continuous processing is realized; on the other hand, incombination with the arrangement of temperature zones of furnace roller components of the heating furnace, the length of the whole furnace body is shortened, the equipment structure is simplified, and thus the heat treatment cost is greatly reduced; and meanwhile, the furnace roller component in each temperature zone is independently driven, and thus the energy consumption is reduced.

本发明涉及核级锆板轧制、淬火热处理专用的连续生产线及工艺,该生产线包括轧制系统,其包括轧制加热炉、轧机,其中锆板能够在轧制加热炉的加热区中来回移动;淬火系统,其包括加热炉、设置在加热炉出口处的快速淬火装置设置在加热炉的进口、且与轧制加热炉通向轧机的传送辊道相连通的横移辊道。本发明一方面将轧制和淬火过程直接对接,实现连续加工;另一方面结合加热炉的炉辊组件的温区的设置,缩短整个炉体的长度,简化设备结构,大大降低热处理成本,同时每个温区的炉辊组独立驱动,进而降低能耗。
