The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an array substrate. The manufacturing method of the array substrate includes the following steps that a substrate is provided; a gate, a gate insulating layer, an active layer, a source/drain metal layer and a protecting layer of a thin film transistor are sequentially formed on the substrate; a photoresistor of a pixel electrode is formed by applying; the pixel electrode is formed in a patterned manner, wherein the pixel electrode is not formed on the protecting layer and is directly connected with the drain metal layer. The invention furtherdiscloses the array substrate and a display device. According to the manufacturing method, the array substrate and the display device, an ITO pixel electrode layer cannot be in contact with the protecting layer, the problem that the protecting layer and the ITO pixel electrode are incompatible is solved, the stability of the display device is improved, and the stability and the displaying effect of a displayed frame are improved.

本发明公开了一种阵列基板制作方法,所述阵列基板制作方法包括以下步骤:提供一基板;在所述基板上依次形成薄膜晶体管的栅极、栅绝缘层、有源层、源极/漏极金属层和保护层;涂布像素电极的光阻,通过图案化方式形成像素电极,所述像素电极不形成于保护层上,且所述像素电极直接与所述漏极金属层连接。本发明还公开了一种阵列基板和显示装置。本发明ITO像素电极层不会与保护层接触,避免了保护层与ITO像素电极的不兼容问题,提高了显示装置的稳定性,提高了显示画面的稳定性和显示效果。
