The invention discloses a connection two-sided clamp of a digestive endoscopic duct for hemostasis and suturing and an operation method. The clamp comprises a handle, a clamping assembly and a drivingassembly. The clamping assembly comprises a clamping frame and two clamping parts. The two clamping parts surround the two sides of the clamping frame and are rotationally connected with the clampingframe, the driving assembly drives the two clamping parts to be opened and closed relative to the clamping frame; the driving assembly is detachably connected with the clamping assembly. According tothe connection two-sided clamp of the digestive endoscopic duct for hemostasis and suturing and the operation method, the clamping arms of the two-sided clamp can be independently opened, clamped andclosed, the clamp has the function that a large defect wound is closed by two-side clamping, the clamp can be conveniently disengaged from the driving assembly, and the defect that the large size ishard to process or a defect wound of the portion is hard to operate due to single-side clamping of a conventional hemostasis clamp is overcome.

本发明公开了一种止血及缝合用经消化内窥镜孔道的连体双面夹及操作方法,包括手柄、夹持组件和驱动组件,所述夹持组件包括夹持架和两夹持部,两所述夹持部环抱于夹持架的两侧且与夹持架转动连接,所述驱动组件驱动两夹持部能够分别相对于夹持架打开和闭合;所述驱动组件与所述夹持组件可拆卸连接。本发明提供一种止血及缝合用经消化内窥镜孔道的连体双面夹及操作方法,双面夹的两夹持臂能够各自单独张开、夹持及闭合,具有双侧夹持闭合大的缺损创面的功能,且能方便的与驱动组件相脱离,克服了常规止血夹只可单侧夹持从而难以处理大尺寸的或者困难操作部位的缺损创面的缺陷。
