The invention discloses an application of penicillium sclerotiorum in preparation of a plant growth regulator or a plant growth inducer. Through different research objects, the application is found tohave the penicillium sclerotiorum (namely purslane penicillium sclerotiorum SCAUMCX01), penicillium sclerotiorum spores, a culture solution of the penicillium sclerotiorum and the extract of the culture solution thereof and has the advantages of promoting the early germination of seeds, promoting the growth of underground roots of crops, branching the over-ground parts of crops, improving the bioavailability of the crop, delaying the aging process and enhancing the growth of the crop, so that the plant growth regulator can be used as a plant growth regulator and an inducer. In addition, the penicillium sclerotiorum can also play a role in correspondingly regulating microbial communities and activating plant defense systems, thereby promoting crop growth and enhancing crop resistance.

本发明公开了菌核青霉在制备植物生长调节剂或诱导剂中的应用。本发明经过对不同的研究对象,发现含有菌核青霉(即马齿苋菌核青霉SCAUMCX01)、菌核青霉孢子、其培养液以及其培养液的萃取物,具有促进种子的提前萌发,促进作物地下根部生长,地上部的分支,提高作物的生物利用度,延缓衰老的进程和增强作物生长方面的功效,因此,可将其作为植物生长调节剂和诱导剂。此外,菌核青霉还可以起到相应调节微生物群落和激活植物防御体系的效果,从而促进作物的生长以及增强作物抗性。
