The invention discloses a radiotherapy system imaging quality control phantom guided by magnetic resonance. The diameters of a first cylindrical structure and a second cylindrical structure are 35 to45 cm so that the demand of the wide range imaging detection of a dedicated magnetic resonance radiotherapy simulation positioning system can be satisfied. The internal portion of a first portion is hollow, and wedge blocks are annularly arranged along the axis of a first cylindrical structure. A wedge structure is an entity material, is imaged in a magnetic resonance image and is used for testinga magnetic resonance system limit resolution. A test liquid fills the internal portion of a first portion. A third portion is an entity structure, and the internal portion is provided with several hole form grooves with unequal diameters and is filled with the test liquid so as to test the spatial resolution of a magnetic resonance system. The hollow square cylinders of a second portion and a fourth portion are used for testing the geometric distortion of the magnetic resonance system in the magnetic resonance image.
