The invention provides a steel wire rope with high structural stability. The steel wire rope comprises a central steel wire and a plurality of winding steel wires distributed around the central steelwire; the diameter of the central steel wire is d, the central steel wire is periodically deformed by a deformation straightener in the weaving and twisting process, the deformation height of the central steel wire is h, and one deformation length is L2, wherein h is equal to 1-1.3d, and L2 is smaller than the twisting distance between the winding steel wires of the steel wire rope and the centralsteel wire during weaving and twisting; the distance between every two adjacent winding steel wires of the winding steel wires evenly distributed around the central steel wire is L1, wherein L1 is smaller than 0.1d. The invention further provides a preparation process of the steel wire rope with the high structural stability. The steel wire rope has the advantages that the glue permeation rate ofthe steel wire rope can be increased to a great degree; the resistance for the central steel wire to pierce a tire is increased, the structure of a framework material is more stable, the safety of the tire is improved, and the service life of the tire is prolonged.

本发明提出一种结构稳定性高的钢丝绳,其包括中心钢丝,围绕中心钢丝周围排布的多根外绕钢丝;所述的中心钢丝的直径为d,中心钢丝在编捻过程中通过变形校直器发生周期性变形,其变形高度为h,一个变形的长度为L2,其中h=1~1.3d,L2小于钢丝绳的外绕钢丝与中心钢丝编捻的捻距;围绕中心钢丝周围均匀排布的多跟外绕钢丝的相邻外绕钢丝之间的间距为L1,其中L1<0.1d;本发明还提出所述的结构稳定性高的钢丝绳的制备工艺。本发明的钢丝绳,可以较大程度上提升钢丝绳的胶料渗胶率;增加中心钢丝在轮胎中刺出的阻力,使骨架材料的结构更加稳定,提高轮胎的安全性和使用寿命。
