The invention provides a color film substrate and a liquid crystal display panel. The color film substrate comprises a plurality of photoresistance blocks, black matrixes, an optically thinner mediumfilm and a planarization layer, wherein the plurality of photoresistance blocks are arranged at intervals, the black matrixes are arranged between adjacent photoresistance blocks, the optically thinner medium film is arranged on the plurality of photoresistance blocks and the black matrixes, the planarization layer covers the plurality of photoresistance blocks, the black matrixes and the optically thinner medium film, the optically thinner medium film covers intersection positions of the plurality of photoresistance blocks and the black matrixes, and the refractivity of the optically thinnermedium film is smaller than that of the planarization layer. After the color film substrate and a TFT array substrate are paired to form the liquid crystal display panel, a light ray emitted from a pixel unit to the photoresistance block adjacent to the photoresistance block corresponding to the pixel unit can be totally reflected at an intersection surface of the planarization layer and the optically thinner medium film, so that the problem of large-visual angle color cast is solved on the basis of no influence on the transmittance of the liquid crystal display panel.

本发明提供一种彩膜基板及液晶显示面板。本发明的彩膜基板包括相间隔的多个光阻块、设于相邻的光阻块之间的黑色矩阵、设于多个光阻块及黑色矩阵上的光疏介质膜以及覆盖多个光阻块、黑色矩阵及光疏介质膜的平坦化层,光疏介质膜覆盖多个光阻块与黑色矩阵的交界处,光疏介质膜的折射率小于平坦化层的折射率,利用该彩膜基板与TFT阵列基板对组形成液晶显示面板后,大视角观看时,一像素单元射入与该像素单元对应的光阻块相邻的光阻块的光线会在平坦化层与光疏介质膜的交界面发生全反射,从而在不影响液晶显示面板的穿透率的基础上解决了大视角色偏的问题。
