The invention belongs to the technical field of display panel detection, and provides a mischarge detection method and a mischarge detection system. The mischarge detection method sequentially transmits a scanning signal on the target scanning line to a pixel electrode of the target sub-pixel by acquiring a target sub-pixel to be detected and obtaining a target scanning line and a target data lineconnected with the target sub-pixel; the scanning signal on the target scanning line is accurately obtained in the pixel electrode of the target sub-pixel, and the mischarge degree of the array substrate is accurately obtained according to the scanning signal of the target scanning line; the present application solves the problem the the exemplary technique is unable to accurately detect the mischarge degree of the array substrate, thereby resulting in poor picture display quality of the display panel.
