(EN) Provided is an engine testing device capable of supporting all design specifications of respective engines such as the opening positions of the intake port and the exhaust port, the separation pitch between the intake port and the exhaust port, the orientation (incline angle) of the intake port and the exhaust port, and the number of cylinders. The engine testing device is provided with: a plurality of seal head units which can advance towards and retract from the intake port and the exhaust port, and which have a plurality of seal head parts that are arranged side by side and can be connectedto each port of the intake port and the exhaust port; and a pitch varying unit for changing the separation pitch of the seal head parts of the seal head units. The pitch varying unit is connected tothe seal head parts, and has: a plurality of first movement mechanisms which can move in the direction in which the seal head parts are arranged side by side; and a plurality of drive units for driving the first movement mechanisms.
