The superabsorbent resin may comprise: a base resin powder comprising a cross-linked polymer of a monomer comprising a water-soluble ethylene-based unsaturated compound or a salt thereof; and a cross-linked surface layerwhich is formed on the base resin powder, and in which the cross-linked polymer is additionally cross-linked, wherein a hollow glass particle having a micron-scale particle size is included on the cross-linked surface layer.
