(EN) The invention provides a drone frame assembly (10) and a drone (100). The drone frame assembly (10) includes a drone frame (12), a support rack (14) and a connection mechanism (16). The drone frame (12) includes a central frame (122) and a foot frame (124) connected with the central frame (122) flexibly. The support rack (14) is connected with the foot frame (124) flexibly. The support rack (14) is used for bearing the load of the drone (100). The connection mechanism is connected with the support rack (14) and the central frame (122). The support rack (14) is connected with the central frame(122) flexibly so as to enable the support rack to move up and down relative to the central frame (122). The foot frame (124) includes a support end (1242) in contact with a landing face. When the support end (1242) of the foot frame (124) moves up, the foot frame (124) drives the support rack (14) to move down relative to the central frame. When the support end (1242) of the foot frame (124) moves down, the foot frame (124) drives the support frame (14) to move up relative to the central frame (122). Or when the connection mechanism drives the support frame (14) to move up relative to the central frame (122), the support frame (14) dirve the support end (1242) to move down; when the connection mechanism (16) drives the support rack (14) to move down relative to the central frame (122), the support rack (14) drives the support end to move up. When the drone (100) is in flight, a camera device (200) descends along with the support rack (14) from the central frame (122), the support end(1242) of the foot rack (124) moves up to approach the central frame (122). In this way, when the camera device (200) works, the support end (1242) of the foot frame does not shield the vision of thecamera device (200), so that 360-degree photographing is realized.
