Abstract
(EN) The invention provides a polarizing device and a preparation method thereof, a display substrate and a display device, which relate to the display technical field. The polarizing device comprises a substrate, metal wire grids and antireflection layers, wherein the metal wire grids are arranged on the substrate, each antireflection layer is arranged on the upper surface of each corresponding metalwire grid, and the antireflection layers are carbon film layers. The carbon film layers can absorb at least part of ambient light irradiated on the surfaces of the metal wire grids, thereby reducing reflection of the metal wire grids on the ambient light in the polarizing device. When the polarizing device is applied to the display device, the display contrast can be improved and thus display effects are improved.
(ZH) 本发明提供一种偏光器件及其制备方法、显示基板和显示装置,涉及显示技术领域,其中,该偏光器件包括:衬底基板、金属线栅和减反层,所述金属线栅设置在所述衬底基板上,所述减反层设置在所述金属线栅的上表面,所述减反层为碳膜层。该碳膜层可以吸收照射在金属线栅表面的至少部分环境光,从而可以减少偏光器件中金属线栅对环境光的反射。当该偏光器件应用于显示装置上时,可以提高显示对比度,进而提高显示效果。
