Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a dual-cycle ambient temperature control device for a battery pack of an electric automobile. The dual-cycle ambient temperature control device comprises a semiconductor refrigerating and heating device, an internal heat exchanger, an internal-circulation infusion pump, an external-circulation infusion pump, a composite heat exchanger, a heat exchanging fan and an electronic control panel, wherein the semiconductor refrigerating and heating device is electrically connected with the electronic control panel, and the internal-circulation infusion pump, the external-circulation infusion pump and the heat exchanging fan are electrically connected with the electronic control panel, separately. The dual-cycle ambient temperature control device is characterized in that aheat exchanger behind the semiconductor refrigerating and heating device, the internal heat exchanger and the internal-circulation infusion pump are communicated with each other via pipelines and connected in series to form a loop; a heat exchanger before the semiconductor refrigerating and heating device, the composite heat exchanger and the external-circulation infusion pump are communicated with each other via pipelines and connected in series to form a loop; so internal and external dual-cycle refrigerant circulation flow channels separated from each other are formed in the same temperature control device. The dual-cycle ambient temperature control device of the invention has the characteristics of simple structure and high work efficiency.
(ZH) 一种电动汽车电池组双循环环境温度控制装置,它包括半导体制冷制热器、内部换热器、内循环输液泵、外循环输液泵、复合换热器、换热风机及电子控制板,半导体制冷制热器与电子控制板相电气连接,内循环输液泵、外循环输液泵及换热风机分别与电子控制板相电气连接,其特征是:半导体制冷制热器后换热器、内部换热器和内循环输液泵用管路循环串联连通,半导体制冷制热器前换热器、复合换热器和外循环输液泵用管路循环串联连通,构成同一个温度控制装置内相互隔离的内、外双循环液体冷媒循环流动通路。本发明具有结构简单,工作效率高的特点。
