(EN) Provided are: an electric wire protection material (1) which is capable of suppressing the occurrence of cracking and bulging of a resin coating film and separation of the resin coating film from a metal pipe for a long period of time; and a wiring harness which comprises this electric wire protection material (1). This electric wire protection material (1) comprises: a metal pipe (2) into which an electric wire is inserted; and a resin coating film (3) which covers the outer surface of the metal pipe (2). The resin coating film (3) satisfies at least one of the conditions such that the glasstransition temperature is 40 DEG C or more and the water vapor transmission coefficient is 260 g*mm/m2*24 hr or less, while having a thickness of 30 [mu]m or more.
