(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide zirconium boride which can produce a large amount of heat upon the combustion in the presence of a compound having radical, e.g., a perchloric salt,can combust within a short time and has high substance stability. In order to provide the zirconium boride, the amount of lattice-defect-derived radical, which is detected by ESR measurement of zirconium boride, is adjusted to 0.1*10^15 spin/mg or more.
(ZH) 为了提供在与高氯酸盐等具有自由基的化合物一起燃烧时产生大量热量、并且在短时间内燃烧、同时物质稳定性高的硼化锆,硼化锆的通过ESR测定而检测到的来源于晶格缺陷的自由基量为0.1×1015 spin/mg以上。
