Abstract
(EN) An embodiment of the invention discloses a method and device indicating a PHR (Power Headroom Report). The method includes that a UE (User Equipment) determines the PHR; the UE sends the PHR to a base station during a random access process, wherein the PHR can be carried by related message segments of a Message 3 sent by the UE to the base station. By adopting the scheme provided by the invention, the base station can provide scheduling configuration basis for uplink data transmission of the UE timely, so as to provide power control and scheduling information for the UE more accurately. Waste of uplink bandwidth caused by that channels exceeding uplink transmission capacity of the UE are allocated to the UE is avoided.
(ZH) 本发明实施例公开了一种确定频率资源的方法及装置,该方法包括终端设备(UE)先确定功率余量报告,该UE随后在随机接入过程中向基站发送该功率余量报告(PHR),其中该功率余量报告可以通过UE向基站发送的第三条消息(Message 3)的相关信息段来承载。本发明提供的方案可以使得基站能够及时为UE进行本次上行发送数据时进行调度配置获取依据,从而更准确的为UE配置功率控制和调度信息,避免将超过UE上行传输能力的信道分配给UE从而造成上行带宽的浪费。
