The control method comprises the following steps that the air conditioner is connected with an intelligent wearable device and obtains the number of times of data uploading of the intelligent wearable device when receiving a comfortable sleep mode instruction; and the air conditioner is controlled to operate in the comfortable sleep mode if the number of times of data uploading of the intelligent wearable device reaches a preset number. The invention further discloses the air conditioner and a comfortable sleep mode control system. By adoption of the comfortable sleep mode control method, the air conditioner and the comfortable sleep mode control system, the air condition can operate in the comfortable sleep mode quickly, various data uploaded by the intelligent wearable device can be utilized, a proper comfortable sleep environment can be provided for a user according to the actual state of the user, and accordingly the user experience is improved.
