The invention discloses a tomato beverage and a preparation method of the tomato beverage. The tomato beverage is prepared from the following raw materials: 35 parts of tomato juice, 15 parts of radish juice, 15 parts of Chinese wolfberry flower nectar, 15 parts of raw dried orange peel juice, 12 parts of malic acid, 10 parts of sodium hydrogen carbonate, 15 parts of honey and 10 parts of white granulated sugar; and the raw materials are boiled together so as to prepare the tomato beverage. The tomato beverage has the effects of clearing away heat, detoxifying, promoting production of body fluid, quenching thirst, reducing lipid, lowering blood pressure, promoting urination, excreting sodium, resisting blood coagulation, preventing cerebral thrombosis, preventing and resisting cancer as well as prolonging senescence and the like. After being drunk, the tomato beverage not only has the functions of relieving summer heat and quenching thirst, but also has very good healthcare effects of improving human immunity, increasing the number of human hemoglobin, dispelling internal heat and so on.
