本发明涉及一个惊人的发现:对应于ACAA1、AP1M2、CGN、DDR1、EPS8L2、FASTKD?1、GMIP、IKBKE、P2RX4、P4HB、PHKG2、PPFIBP2、PPP1R16A、RASSF7、RNF183、SIRT6、TJP3、EFEMP2、SOCS2和DCN的生物标记物在对照样本与取自子宫内膜癌患者的样本中差异化表达,因此对于检测子宫内膜癌有用。特别地,这些生物标记物具有优异的敏感性、特异性、和/或将患病个体与未患病个体区别开的能力。此外,发明人发现,与对照值相比,这些生物标记物在原发性子宫内膜癌肿瘤组织中的差异化表达与它们在子宫液体样本中的表达水平相关。因而这些生物标记物是很有效的,因为发现它们在取自患病个体的多种不同类型的样本中差异化表达。
