本实用新型提供一种实现能可靠地防止在带轮(2b)与外圈(7f)之间产生打滑的构造的带轮装置。使外圈(7f)的滚花花纹(19a)的各凹部(17a)的两侧的内侧面(23)的交叉角度(θ)为45度≤θ≤120度,将凹部形成为梯形状。此外,凹部(17a)的径向深度(h)与凸部(18a)的顶端面(22)的外接圆的直径(D)满足0.004D≤h≤0.015D的关系,且将凹部(17a)的底面(21)的周向长度(L)限制为0.01D≤L≤0.03D的范围。
