Abstract
(ZH)

一种罐体用铝合金板,含有Mg:1.0-1.5%(质量%,以下相同)、Mn:0.8-1.2%、Cu:0.20-0.30%、Fe:0.25%-0.60%、Si:0.20-0.40%,余量为Al及不可避免的杂质组成的化学成分,其导电率为37.0-40.0%IACS。另外,该罐体用铝合金板经多个道次的冷轧来制造,对冷轧的终轧道次之前的材料在150℃的温度下进行10小时的时效处理之后的抗拉强度σB(10)及屈服强度σ0.2(10)与其在150℃的温度下进行1小时的时效处理之后的抗拉强度σB(1)及屈服强度σ0.2(1)满足以下关系:σB(10)B(1)≥5(MPa),σ0.2(10)0.2(1)≥1(MPa)。
