An embodiment of the invention provides an additive manufacturing device allowing electron beam and laser composite scanning. The additive manufacturing device comprises a vacuum forming chamber, a workbench device, a powder supply device, an electron beam emission gathering scanning device, a laser beam emission gathering scanning device and a controller; a forming area of the workbench device is at least formed in the vacuum forming chamber; the powder supply device is used for supplying powder for the forming area; the scanning range of the electron beam emission gathering scanning device and the laser beam emission gathering scanning device at least covers part of the forming area; the electron beam emission gathering scanning device and the laser beam emission gathering scanning device are controlled by the controller to perform powder composite scanning forming treatment on the forming area. According to the additive manufacturing device allowing the electron beam and laser composite scanning, electron beams and laser beams are combined together for the composite scanning and selective melting and accordingly the advantages of the electron selective melting can be combined with the advantages of the laser selective melting.

根据本发明实施例的利用电子束‑激光复合扫描的增材制造装置,包括:真空成形室;工作台装置的成形区域至少设在真空成形室内;粉末供给装置用于将粉末供给至成形区域;电子束发射聚集扫描装置和激光束发射聚集扫描装置设置成使得电子束发射聚集扫描装置和激光束发射聚集扫描装置的扫描范围至少覆盖成形区域的一部分;控制器控制电子束发射聚集扫描装置和激光束发射聚集扫描装置以对成形区域进行粉末复合扫描成形处理。根据本发明实施例的增材制造装置,将电子束‑激光束结合起来进行复合扫描及选区熔化,从而可以将电子束选区熔化和激光选区熔化的优点结合。
