Defects in the prior art are overcome, and by the adoption of the electromagnetic induction heating technology, the annular multi-level heating coils are evenly distributed at the bottom of the outer container; as the multi-level electromagnetic coils are connected with alternating currents, the metal inner container is directly heated, the heat transfer process of a heating disc is omitted, temperature rises fast, the whole inner container is evenly heated in a surrounded mode, the multi-level electromagnetic coils are connected with the alternating currents to generate oscillations and can heat the inner container without making direct contact with the inner container, on the premise, a vacuumizing heat preservation technology is matched, heat energy is effectively wrapped, heat energy loss is reduced, the cooking process is more efficient, and heating is more uniform.

一种饭煲真空锅胆恒温装置,由金属内胆、外胆及壳体组成,所述壳体顶部嵌装有支撑环,该支撑环与内、外胆密封连接;所述内胆与外胆之间通过真空泵控制形成真空层,外胆底部均布设置有环状的多级加热线圈。本发明克服现有技术的不足之处,通过采用电磁感应加热技术,在外胆底部均布设置有环状的多级加热线圈,通过多级电磁线圈接通交变电流,直接对金属内胆进行加热,越过了加热盘的热量传导过程,升温迅速,实现了对整个内胆的环绕、均匀加热,多级电磁线圈接通交变电流产生振荡可以在不直接接触内胆的条件下对内胆进行加热,在此前提下配合抽真空保温技术,可以使热能有效的被包裹住,减少热能流失,从而使得烹饪过程更加高效,加热更加均匀。
