The invention provides a display driving method and a display driving device, belongs to the technical field of display and can solve the problem that the existing 3D display device has relatively low resolution. The display driving method is used for driving the 3D display device and comprises the following steps: S1, calculating color components of each sub-pixel in multiple first pixel units for displaying a first view and multiple second pixel units for displaying a second view; S2, determining a sampling region of each sub-pixel, and determining the brightness of the sub-pixel according to the color components of the sub-pixel in each pixel unit covered by the sampling region corresponding to the sub-pixel, wherein the sampling region is a rhombic sampling region; four vertices of the rhombic sampling region are midpoints of lines of centers of four sub-pixels adjacent and similar to the sub-pixel in columns adjacent to the sub-pixel; similar sub-pixels of one sub-pixel refer to the sub-pixels which belong to the pixel unit of the same view of the sub-pixel and have the same color of the sub-pixel.

本发明提供一种显示驱动方法及显示驱动装置,属于显示技术领域,其可解决现有的3D显示装置的分辨率较低的问题。本发明的显示驱动方法,用于驱动3D显示装置,包括:S1、分别计算出用于显示第一视图的多个第一像素单元和用于显示第二视图的多个第二像素单元中的各个子像素的颜色分量;S2、确定每个子像素的采样区,并按照该子像素对应的采样区所覆盖的各个像素单元中该子像素的颜色分量确定该子像素的发光亮度;其中,采样区为菱形采样区,菱形采样区的四个顶点分别为位于该子像素相邻列中,与该子像素相邻的、同类的四个子像素的中心连线的中点,一个子像素的同类子像素是指与该子像素属于同一视图的像素单元中且颜色相同的子像素。
