The honey tomato juice disclosed by the invention is uniform in state, free from special flavor, and is red or orange; the content of lycopene in each 100g of honey tomato juice is not less than 20.0 mg, the content of a soluble solid Brix is 35-38 percent, the chromatic aberration is 2.1-2.5, the L value is 17-20, the pH value is 3.5-4.0, and the content of total acid in each 100ml of honey tomato juice is 1.2-1.4 g in term of citric acid. The honey tomato juice is capable of replenishing physical energy as well as tomatoes and honey with extremely high nutritive value, and is convenient to carry and drink. Market research proves that the honey tomato juice is accepted by more than 95% of young people and white-collar workers and is enjoyed and accepted by more than 90% of families.
