Abstract
(EN) The present invention is concerned with diaryl compounds of formula (I) and tbeir use in medical therapy, particularly in the prophylaxis or treatment of a clinical condition for which an ACAT inhibitor is indicated, such as hyperlipidaema or atherosclerosis. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions and processes for the preparation of compounds according to the invention.
