Abstract
(EN) A robotic tool holder (102) includes an actuator (204) that is disposed within a housing (202) and configured to hold a tool (104). The housing and the actuator are in contact via dowels (408, 410, 412, 414, 416, 418, 420, 422, 424) to limit movement of the actuator toward a distal end of the housing. Ones of the dowels that are in contact are in line contact and the ones of the dowels that are in contact are in a triangular geometry. A pressure plate (206) is in line contact with the actuator within the housing around a circumference of the pressure plate. Springs (208) are in contact with the pressure plate to bias the actuator toward a proximal end of the housing via the pressure plate. The springs are in contact with a mounting plate (210) opposite the pressure plate. A sensor switch (212) detects a shock force on the actuator and outputs a signal in response to the shock force.
(FR) L'invention concerne un porte-outil robotisé (102) comprenant un actionneur (204) qui est disposé à l'intérieur d'un boîtier (202) et conçu pour maintenir un outil (104). Le boîtier et l'actionneur sont en contact par l'intermédiaire de goujons (408, 410, 412, 414, 416, 418, 420, 422, 424) afin de limiter le mouvement de l'actionneur vers une extrémité distale du boîtier.
