(PT) "MICRORGANISMO, E, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM NUCLEOSìDEO DE PURINA POR FERMENTAçãO" Um microrganismo que tem um gene codificando uma enzima em que a inibição de retro-alimentação é dessensibilizada por substituição de um ou dois aminoácidos em amidotransferase de PRPP codificado por purF de Escherichia coli, um gene codificando uma proteína que é um repressor inativado de biossíntese de nucleosídeo de purina codificada por purR, um geneticamente codificando uma enzima que é fosforilase de nucleosídeo de purina inativada codificada por deoD, um gene codificando uma enzima que é sintase de succinil-AMP inativada por purA, um gene codificando uma enzima que é desidrase de 6-fosfogluconato inativada codificada por edd, um gene codificando uma enzima que é isomerase de fosfoglucose inativada codificada por pgi e semelhantes, é criado e um nucleosídeo de purina é produzido por cultivo do microrganismo.
