We Claim:
1.   A method to improve placement of an adaptor to a mobile computing device to measure a test strip coupled to the adaptor with a camera and a screen on a face of the mobile computing device, the method comprising:
detecting a first model of the mobile computing device;
displaying a light area on a first portion of the screen, wherein:
the first portion is adjacent to the camera; and
the light area and the camera are aligned with a key area of the test strip so that the camera is configured to capture an image of the key area; and providing first guiding information for a user to place the adaptor to the mobile computing device according to a position of the light area on the screen.
2.  The method of claim 1, wherein the first portion is configured as a light source to illuminate the key area of the test strip.
3.  The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising associating the position of the light area on the screen with the first model.
4.  The method of any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising, in response to the first model not being a known model, providing second guiding information for the user to move the light area on the screen so that the light area aligns with the camera.
5.  The method of any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising, in response to the first model not being a known model, providing third guiding information for the user to cover the camera.
6.  The method of claim 5, in response to the camera is covered, further comprising providing fourth guiding information for the user to generate a track from the camera to the screen.
7.  The method of claim 6, wherein the track maintains a geometry relationship with the screen.
8.  The method of claim 6 or 7, further comprising detecting the track on the screen.
9.  The method of claim 8, further comprising, in response to the detected track being within a predetermined range on the screen, displaying the light area on the first portion of the screen based on the detected track.
10.  The method of claim 9, further comprising providing fifth guiding information for the user to move the light area on the screen so that the light area aligns with the camera.
11.  A method to improve measurement of an analyte with a mobile computing device coupled to an adaptor configured to receive a test strip having a key area containing a reagent that reacts with the analyte, the method comprising:
prior to analyzing an image of the key area captured by a camera of the mobile computing device:
detecting a first position of the mobile computing device;
in response to the first position being substantially horizontal, performing an analysis on the image of the key area; and in response to the first position exceeding a first threshold from being substantially horizontal, providing first guiding information for a user to adjust the first position.
12.  The method of claim 11, further comprising, in response to the first position being substantially horizontal, capturing an image of the key area with the camera.
13.  The method of claim 11 or 12, further comprising, in response to the first position being substantially horizontal, detecting a second position of the mobile computing device during performing the analysis on the image of the key area.
14.  The method of claim 13, further comprising, in response to the second position exceeding the first threshold from being substantially horizontal, terminating the analysis and providing second guiding information for the user to adjust the second position.
15.  The method of claim 13, further comprising, in response to the second position exceeding a second threshold from being substantially horizontal but not exceeding the first threshold from being substantially horizontal, compensating a result of the analysis on the image of the key area.
