(EN) Disclosed are a method and device for using the gangue aboveground to backfill a mine goaf, the method comprising: in the process of a gangue backfill, crushing the gangue aboveground via a double-roll crusher (4); then conveying the crushed gangue to the bottom of the mine via a material vertical conveyor (6); recrushing the fractions of the gangue in the mine via a double-roll crusher (8) so as to obtain the particle diameter required by a pneumatic conveyor (9); and finally transporting the recrushed gangue to backfill the goaf in the mine via the pneumatic conveyor (9). The method and device for using the mine gangue aboveground to backfill a goaf tunnel in the mine can safely and efficiently transport the gangue from the ground to the goaf in the mine at a depth of a few hundred meters from the ground so as to backfill the goaf in the mine, thus saving the floor area occupied by the gangue piled on the ground, and reducing the danger of earth surface subsidence.
