Title
(EN) Treatment for domestic and industrial waste water
Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a method and system for treating domestic and industrial waste water that effectively removes contaminants from water, thereby reducing the generation of organic waste. The method comprises the following steps: supplying waste water in a waste water tank (1); transporting at least one portion of the waste water to a unit for separating coarse solids (2); filtering the portion of water in said unit; collecting at least one part of the water from step (iii) in a first transporting plant (3); transporting at least one portion of the water from step (iv) to a unit for separating fine solids (4); filtering the portion of water in said unit; collecting at least one part of the water from step (vi) in a second transporting plant (5); transporting at least one portion of the water from the second transporting plant (5) to the biological treatment unit (6) using pumping means, homogeneously distributing the water to be treated over said biological treatment unit (6); treating the portion of water in the biological treatment unit (6); collecting the treated water in the bottom of the biological treatment unit (6) and optionally transporting it to a chemical disinfection unit (8); treating the portion of water in the chemical disinfection unit; and optionally collecting the water treated in step (xi) in a container.
