PURPOSE: A dye-sensitized solar cells using a metal substrate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the cost of materials by omitting a process for coating a blocking layer. CONSTITUTION: A Ti layer (113) is formed on a metal substrate. A TiO2 layer (114) is formed on the Ti layer. A porous metal oxide semiconductor layer (116) is formed on the TiO2 layer. A dye is adsorbed onto the surface of the porous metal oxide semiconductor layer. The TiO2 layer is formed by a coating or a deposition method. COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013 null

전자 재결합 방지 효과가 우수한 금속 기판을 이용한 염료감응 태양전지 및 그 제조 방법에 대하여 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 염료감응 태양전지의 제조 방법은 금속 기판 상에 Ti층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 Ti층 표면에 TiO층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 TiO층 상에 다공성 금속 산화물 반도체층을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 다공성 금속 산화물 반도체층의 표면에 염료를 흡착시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 2 2
