Abstract

PURPOSE: A pulse diagnosis sensor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the durability by connecting a sensor chip with a substrate using a FDB(Face Down Bonding) method without using a wire. CONSTITUTION: A sensor chip(220) is bonded in one side of a substrate(210) forming a hole. A dam(230) forming a hole like a substrate is adhered in the other side of the substrate. An epoxy(260) is spread in the space between the sensor chips and the external periphery of the sensor chip. A gel(240) is filled in the hole of the dam and the substrate for transmitting pressure. A pad forming a protrusion to the upper part of the dam where the gel is filled is inserted. COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010

본 발명은 맥진 센서 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 피험자 손목의 맥동을 감지하기 위한 맥진 센서로 FDB방식으로 기판 일면에 센서 칩을 본딩하여 내구성을 높이고 크로스토크(Crosstalk)를 최소화하는 맥진 센서 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
