Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for cooling a gasification reaction furnace or a gasification device of an IGCC system.

SOLUTION: There is disclosed the illustrated gasification reaction furnace including a vessel 120 for defining a reaction chamber which is constituted so as to generate a synthetic gas by receiving carbon-containing fuel and an oxygen-containing gas therein by partial combustion. There are arranged a first cooling device 142 and a second cooling device 152 in order to cool the vessel 120. The first cooling device 142 is attached to a first upper-side region 132 of the vessel 120. The second cooling device 152 is attached to a second intermediate region 134 of the vessel 120. There are also disclosed the method and the IGCC power generation system.

【課題】IGCCシステムのガス化反応炉又はガス化装置を冷却するシステム及び方法を提供する。
【解決手段】部分燃焼下で炭素含有燃料と酸素含有ガスとを内部に受けて合成ガスを生成するよう構成された反応室を定めるベッセル120を含む例示的なガス化反応炉が開示される。ベッセル120を冷却するために第1の冷却装置142及び第2の冷却装置152が設けられる。第1の冷却装置142は、ベッセル120の第1の上側領域132に取り付けられる。第2の冷却装置152は、ベッセル120の第2の中間領域134に取り付けられる。方法並びにIGCC発電システムも開示される。
