Abstract:
(EN) PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform wireless power supply efficiently.

SOLUTION: In a power receiving device which receives supply of power from a power transmission device which transmits power by wireless power supply, presence/absence of a foreign substance which influences the wireless power supply is determined with a first detection method before power supply to a load of the power by the wireless power supply is started. While the power is supplied to the load, presence/absence of the foreign substance is determined with a second detection method which is different from the first detection method. This technique can be applied to a case when the wireless power supply is performed, for example.

【課題】ワイヤレス給電を、効率的に行う。
【解決手段】電力を送信する送電装置からワイヤレス給電により電力の供給を受ける受電装置において、ワイヤレス給電による電力の負荷への給電が開始される前に、第1の検出方法で、ワイヤレス給電に影響する異物の有無が判定される。また、負荷への給電を行っている間、第1の検出方法とは異なる第2の検出方法で、異物の有無が判定される。本技術は、例えば、ワイヤレス給電を行う場合に適用することができる。
