Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductor having coil resistance with improved thermal stability, and to combine the inductor with a current detection resistor into an independent unit, thereby restraining a loss of power together with DCR of the inductor.

SOLUTION: The inductor comprises: an inductor body 12 having an upper face 14, and a first end face 18 and a second end face 20 opposed to each other; a hollow portion 28 penetrating between the opposed first and second end faces, and formed on the inductor body; and a thermally stable resistance element 30 provided through the hollow portion and bent toward an upper face to form an opposite surface mounting terminal. The thermally stable resistance element includes a resistance material connected to a conductive material, and the opposite surface mounting terminal is formed of the conductive material.

【課題】熱安定性が改善された巻き線抵抗をもつインダクターを提供することであり、また、インダクターを電流検出抵抗器と組み合わせて単独のユニットに構成し、これによってインダクターのDCRに伴うパワー損失を抑制する。
【解決手段】上面14と、対向する第1端面18および第2端面20とを有するインダクター本体12と、前記対向する第1端面および第2端面の間を貫通してインダクター本体に形成した中空部分28と、前記中空部分に通して設けられた熱安定抵抗要素30であって、対向表面実装端子を形成するために前記上面側に向けて折り曲げられた前記熱安定性抵抗要素と、を備え、導電性材料と接続処理された抵抗材料を前記熱安定性抵抗要素に含み、前記対向表面実装端子が前記導電性材料で形成される。
