PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectrometry apparatus that can perform spectrometry with high accuracy.

SOLUTION: A spectrometry apparatus 1 includes: a tungsten lamp 211 having no peak wavelength in a wavelength region of visible light and radiating light with an amount that increases from a short wavelength to a long wavelength; a purple LED 212 radiating light having a peak wavelength in the wavelength region of the visible light; an optical mixer 22 mixing light radiated from the tungsten lamp 211 and the purple LED 212; an etalon 5 allowing light with a certain wavelength of incident light mixed by the optical mixer 22 to permeate therethrough; a light receiving part 31 receiving the light permeated through the etalon 5; and a measurement control part 42 switching the wavelength of the light permeated through the etalon 5 and performing spectrometry on the light permeated through the etalon 5 on the basis of the light received by the light receiving part 31.

【解決手段】分光測定装置1は、可視光の波長域にピーク波長を有さず、短波長から長波長に向かうに従って光量が増大する光を射出するタングステンランプ211と、可視光の波長域にピーク波長を有する光を射出する紫色LED212と、タングステンランプ211及び紫色LED212から射出される光を混合する光混合器22と、光混合器22で混合された光が入射され、混合された光の入射光のうち、特定波長の光を透過させるエタロン5と、エタロン5を透過した光を受光する受光部31と、エタロン5の透過する光の波長を切り替え、受光部31により受光された光に基づいて、エタロン5を透過した光の分光特性を測定する測定制御部42とを備える。
