Abstract:
(EN) PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic boring tool equipped with a rotation speed control circuit which controls a rotation speed when an electric motor starts operation to the number of low-speed revolutions, and is improved in the operability of a switch trigger.

SOLUTION: A motor control means 50 is constituted as follows: the means automatically controls an electric motor 40 to rotate at a low speed so that the number N of revolutions of the motor and a load current I do not exceed set values Nt and It, respectively, after the start of the operation by an end tool 20 is detected; and when the load current I of the electric motor 40 is increased up to or beyond a set value during the automatic control of the low speed rotation, the number N of revolutions of the electric motor is controlled to become a high speed rotation according to a pulling amount of a switch trigger 61.

【課題】本発明の課題は、電動モータの作業開始時における回転速度を低回転数に制御する回転速度制御回路を具備する電動穿孔工具を提供することにある。また、スイッチトリガの操作性を改善した回転速度制御回路を具備する電動穿孔工具を提供することにある。
【解決手段】
モータ制御手段50は、先端工具20による作業開始を検知した後において電動モータ40の回転数Nおよび負荷電流Iが設定値NtおよびItを超えないような低速回転に自動制御し、低速回転の自動制御中に電動モータ40の負荷電流Iが設定値以上に増加した場合、スイッチトリガ61の引込量に応答して電動モータの回転数Nを高速回転に制御できるように構成する。
