PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve simple and stable measurement and to improve diagnostic accuracy in diagnosis of SAS (Sleep Apnea Syndrome).

SOLUTION: A measurement apparatus for measuring the condition of a subject includes: an insertion section 300A that fits the inner wall of an earhole of a subject when inserted thereinto; a holding section 300B connected to one end of the insertion section 300A and having a diameter larger than that of the earhole; a piezoelectric sensor 302 arranged on the insertion section 300A and detecting the movement of the chin of the subject when the insertion section 300A is inserted into the earhole; an acceleration sensor 301 arranged on the holding section 300B and detecting the posture of the subject; a microphone 303 arranged on the insertion section 300A and detecting sounds of the subject; and a transmitting means for transmitting a signal detected by the acceleration sensor 301, a signal detected by the piezoelectric sensor 302, and a signal detected by the microphone 303.

【課題】 SASの診断において、簡易かつ安定した測定を実現するとともに、診断精度の向上を図ることを目的とする。
【解決手段】 被検体の状態を測定する測定装置であって、被検体の耳孔に挿入した場合に、該耳孔の内壁に嵌合する挿入部300Aと、挿入部300Aの一端に接続され、前記耳孔の径よりも大きい径を有する保持部300Bと、挿入部300Aに配され、該挿入部300Aが耳孔に挿入された状態で、被検体の顎の動きを検知する圧電センサ302と、保持部300Bに配され、被検体の姿勢を検知する加速度センサ301と、挿入部300Aに配され、被検体の音声を検知するマイクロフォン303と、加速度センサ301の信号と、圧電センサ302の信号と、マイクロフォン303の信号とを送信する送信部とを備える。
